At Roses From Ashes, all items are made to order and fulfilled through a trusted third-party production partner (Printful). This allows us to reduce waste and keep our focus on mission-driven design.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and sent for fulfillment within 2–5 business days after purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time
Once fulfilled, shipping times vary depending on your location:

• U.S. Orders: Typically delivered within 5–10 business days

• International Orders: May take 10–21 business days, depending on customs and local postal service

Please note: Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven’t received tracking after 7 days, feel free to reach out using the contact form.

​Shipping Issues
If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond 30 days, please contact us. We’ll work with Printful to resolve the issue. However, Roses From Ashes is not responsible for:

• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

• Delays caused by the carrier or customs

• Items marked “delivered” but not received

International Orders
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. These vary by country and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.
